SOLUTIONS BY INDUSTRY

Meet the problem-solvers: Larry L. Byrd,
David R. Gill and Dean D. Myers.

An expert team of engineers and application specialist, not sales reps.

When you speak with our team, you're tapping a wealth of practical knowledge. You talk with the principals of our company, each with more than 20 years of experience, both in the industry and at Gas Systems. Their insider knowledge of gas and its applications has produced a long record of providing effective and reliable solutions.

Larry L. Byrd, President

My professional career spans over 26 years of industrial gas experience in sales and product management, with an extraordinary emphasis in managing and developing industrial markets and applications for non-cryogenic nitrogen and oxygen generators. My career also includes Oilfield Services experience and expertise as a sales engineer responsible for designing and marketing stimulation treatments to improve oil and gas production. While working in this industry, I developed a keen interest in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques.

I believe this market will see a tremendous growth over this decade as energy demand increases worldwide. Gas Systems Corporation is well positioned to benefit from this growth by supplying our clients with world-class nitrogen generation systems to increase oil and gas production from aging and pressure depleted fields and reservoirs. My partners and I share a similar backgrounds and experience in the industrial gas and oil and gas industries. Together, we are focused and looking forward to developing new markets for our products and services.

David R. Gill, VP, Engineering

My working career has given me the opportunity to gain exceptional experience and expertise in designing, implementing, and operating non-cryogenic and cryogenic generator systems. This includes both mechanical and process design. My early training and experience with industrial compression complemented my interest and expertise with on-site industrial gas generation. I have installed gas generators and implemented gas generation solutions to many clients around the world. Before co-founding Gas Systems Corporation, I had direct responsibility for the operation and maintenance of 43 industrial gas plants and generators and providing engineering support for North and South America as well as the Caribbean Islands. I was instrumental in developing new separation techniques for hydrogen, helium, and other gases. I also have had extensive training and experience with cryogenic separation utilizing column technology with liquid interphase as the cooling media.
